Singapore may just be a little red dot on the world map but this small island country packs a plethora of must-see spots that cater to diverse interests. Even as someone who has lived in Singapore my whole life, I can’t say that I’ve explored every nook and cranny of Singapore.

Nonetheless, Singapore is still a photogenic destination that leaves an impression like no other. In a recent study by Preply, they list the most picturesque places in Singapore by analysing the number of TikTok and Instagram posts tagged with the location’s relevant hashtag.

The next time you think that Singapore is boring, come back to this list to check which of these places you haven’t been to at all, or haven’t been to in a long time.

Looking at this list, did you realise that there's a relatively new photogenic place that didn't make it into the ranking? Yes, it's Jewel Changi Airport with the world's tallest indoor waterfall, Rain Vortex. As it only opened about four years ago, it probably hasn't garnered enough posts to earn a spot in the list but it is undoubtedly Insta-worthy.
